Skip to content The MOBACT-PILE-GPS-LASER Guidance System is the most modern solution for Automatic Control of all Drilling Pile Driving machines for Photovoltaic projects.
The MOBACT-PILE-GPS System fully automates the machine in terms of: – its Guidance above the setting point – the verticalization of the web and – the final crowning height of the pile.
The pile driver is automatically guided from one point to the next following a canvas of points. Either we import the digital model from the survey, or we create the point canvas easily in the field.
The MOBACT-PILE-GPS System consists of: – two GPS antennas mounted on the Boom – an Inclinometer and a Depth Sensor mounted on the web. The drilling machine is controlled through a durable 10-inch Tablet, which sends the commands to the hydraulics of the machine.
An alternative proposal is the MOBACT-PILE-LASER System, which automates the coagulation process at a specific altitude. The MOBACT-PILE-LASER System consists of: – a Laser Sensor placed on the Pile Drive Web and – an Inclinometer that controls the Pile.
The Laser Receiver reads the reference level from a Laser Rangefinder and implements a single crowning level of all stakes.
